Voices Carry

Hearing voices in your head is so common that it is normal

*pulls pants up*

Actually, it's so much "voices", which, on occasion, I have heard, but it is usually just a sound, maybe a word, when I'm in a dreamlike state that wakes me up and I look around and say "HUH!?"

But I'd rather work on keeping MY voice INSIDE my head. I find myself speaking out loud, when having a discussion in my head, much more often then I am comfortable with.

I'll be walking down the street and all of sudden I'm turning the corner, there's a gaggle of children or a pretty lady and I yell out "I'M A BANANA!"

I need help.
