Dumb has a new definition.

There has always been assholes in the neighborhood. The one guy who kills cats, starts fires and steals cars.

Now, thanks to technology, the neighborhood is a lot bigger.


But the "happy slapping" game? I'd like to see that tried on a Friday night in Brooklyn.
